Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, accessories, items marked as final sale, clearance items, or items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. BALLER SOCIETY reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the required return conditions or is suspected to be counterfeit, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact BALLER SOCIETY through our official communication channels within the return period. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item. BALLER SOCIETY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at the discretion of BALLER SOCIETY.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify BALLER SOCIETY within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images or documentation may be required. Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
